SOC Sport Kickboxing
Home of Champions! SOC Kickboxing is a comprehensive & progressive Freestyle Sport Kickboxing programme for teens and adults. Moogongryu Taekwondo

Our Moogongryu WTF Taekwondo is authorised by Head of the College of Martial Arts, SNR Grandmaster J P Choi (who visits the Academy once a year for the OMAC Black Belt examinations & graduations) Moogongryu Taekwondo is a well structured Holistic & Traditional Art with an emphasis on all round well-being. Taekwondo is also renowned for being one of the best kicking styles in the world today.

Elements Training
Zara Phythian's unique & well structured 'XMA Style' program, covers Xtreme Performance, Trickz, Xtreme weapons training, Theatrical Performance Martial arts and of course, the training that has helped all of her Team Elelments members achieve World Titles.
Xtreme Elements is a Specialised Performance Martial Art training program specific for demonstration & competition as well as Film, TV and Music Video. A fusion of Martial Art Tradition, Dance & Performance!
