Founded by Sensei Zara Phythian, IMAS is only available in the Midlands at School of Champions academies and affliated PBA Schools in the UK. 

IMAS is a comprehensive and progressive Martial art system for teens and adults.

Whether you're interested in Sport, Self Defence, Competition, Building Confidence or just looking for a great training programme, IMAS provides a well-rounded and well-structured rotational curriculum for all the family, combining Kickboxing, Sport Karate, Thai Boxing, K1, Ground work, Applied Self Defence and Conflict Avoidance.

Our Moogongryu WTF Taekwondo is authorised by Head of the OMAC World College of Martial Arts, SNR Grandmaster J P Choi (who visits the Academy once a year for the OMAC Black Belt examinations & graduations) www.omacworld.com 

Ideal for both men and women, Moogongryu Taekwondo is a well structured Holistic & Traditional Art with an emphasis on all round well-being.
